1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
3. How long does delivery take?
UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order via the Track Order page on our website.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us at contact@tilsso.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After your order is processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
7. What is your returns & refund policy?
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
- For change of mind or other reasons, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
8. What should I do if my item is damaged or missing?
Please contact us at contact@tilsso.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if possible). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
